Breathing through the Sensory Barrier
18 February 2011
Terri George
When you first begin to breathe you are usually met with the Sensory Barrier, which is experienced as an array of physical feelings and sensations. The challenge is to rhythmically breathe through, and observe your feelings to reach an expanded state of consciousness, which at the least can be experienced as having no edges and feeling meld with your surroundings often linked to feelings of euphoria.
